The Environmental Screening Report makes reference to 8 appendices but I am unable to locate them.
How will air and water quality be monitored? ... by the operator? or by an independent agent?
Is there a spills/upset action plan?
Will this facility qualify as a permitted "Recycling" operator by the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority? If not, then there is no apparent need to proceed any further with this application.
