MNR turned down the request. As I see it, the ministry has made a decision and Miller is trying to find a way to continue at this site. What precedents are being set for anyone else to be non-compliant? I sincerely hope that should Uxbridge be afforded the opportunity it will not approve Millers non-compliance and I hope the Ministry of Natural Resources maintains governance over what is best for the moraine.
This Miller non-compliance is on the moraine, as I understand, and should not be allowed to proceed.
