Should MNRF approve the current application, in addition to violating the terms of these two Acts, the approval would set a dangerous precedent that would have serious negative impacts on all municipalities where aggregate extraction occurs that are located within those lands subject to the restrictions imposed by the Oak Ridges Moraine Plan and Act. This is not just an Uxbridge Township issue; this is a multi-municipality issue and should be regarded as such during the review process. It is time for MNRF to do what is right and what is mandated by current legislation, and to reject the current application. Rejection of the application should also include the demand and enforcement by MNRF that the licensee remove all materials and equipment located on the property that are not directly associated with the aggregate extraction process at the Miller Boyington Pit #3
