Some of the suggested changes would be helpful to ensure operations can continue to operate.

One area of issue is progression of licensing through emergency. Providing alternate access to virtual examinations are needed to get operators to become certified or to progress in certification over longer term emergencies. Candidates for positions with experience had difficulty moving from OIT to Level 1 for the lack of available examination locations and scheduling. The ability to provide moderated exams at employer location or allow for mobile moderation of exams would allow junior operators the ability to move towards OIC and ORO responsibilities.
