Core funding should absolutely cover trails and educational facilities. It would be very obtuse to remove such funding is such a critical time in history as the world is on brink of environmental catastrophe. I cant fathom removing any funding from such programs that ensure current and future generations enjoy and learn about the environment. I suggest those in favour of implementing the changes should put a pair of hiking shoes on and see the trails they will be destroying. Unbelievable.
