Seems strange that for 20years operators have been pushed to comply with the water and waste water regulations,but when it comes to a strike certification means nothing.Strikes and lock outs are suppose to be hard for both sides.Covid was an emergency,hurricanes are emergency,strikes and lock outs are inconvenient.
