It seems there is some concern by conservation authorities that programs and oversight into our fragile natural resources and ecosystems are in jeopardy from these and other changes being made by the ontario government. I think they are correct in their concerns. It seems the focus is moving away from protecting these resources and is more about over development and shifting responsibilities so accountability is more difficult to enforce. I believe this is a step in the wrong direction and I do not support the proposed change.
