I completely disagree with this proposed regulation change. It is crucial to maintain funding for what is proposed to be ‘non core’ We are responsible for maintaining and protecting our beautiful environment here. If this proposal gets passed, ALL of this essential funding will be cut and we can NOT allow that to happen.
