Using wood to generate electricity is not a good move. It will hasten climate change and biodiversity loss, 2 things that threaten our very existence. Wood burning is just as bad as coal at the smokestack and will additionally create health problems. We need more trees and older trees left standing to buffer us from climate change and biodiversity loss, not more trees being logged. Please do not proceed with this plan. It would take us further in the wrong direction.
