This act is regressive and I do not support it. The science behind climate change is 25-years old. The past collaboration with Quebec and California was important and productive. Ford's efforts to avoid costs of cap-and-trade are political and environmentally short sighted. We must do all that we can to reduce fossil fuel emissions, if we hope to preserve our beautiful country. This cancellation bill is intended to fulfill an ill-thought campaign promise.
Ford, please try not to emulate Trump- he's on the way out and you might want to stay in power longer!
