Why is this even thought of being allowed when people in this area (from Falconbridge towards Strathroy) are on well water. This will seep into the water table. If e-coli containments our well water & my neighbors in the water table below, we will be forced to seek legal counsel to act towards this business, township & along with the E.R.O for not protecting our drinking water. Also, the uncertainty of what some people put into their septic tanks could be classified as dangerous to the soil as well as seep into the water table.
Such business should be only allowed where a water pipeline is supplying the households and away from living spaces.
These types of businesses should be mandated to take their waste to proper sewage waste facilities, like that of London where it is handled properly and within strict guidelines & regulations.
Allowing this operator & his drivers to self govern on farmland is not advisable as there isn't a third party ensuring that they follow the rules and regulations to the fullest.
Also, the smell that comes from human waste is beyond tolerable. Why are we forced, just because of our location, to stay indoors as the smell would be unbearable to be outside? This isn't allowed in towns or cities within a certain boundary; why is it ok for rural people? This could be leaning towards prejudice against rural inhabitants, another point that could be used along with the above actions with counsel.
