Cancellation of the Cap & Trade program is ill advised. It is a positive step toward addressing climate change. The Ontario government needs to take climate change seriously and implement a far reaching and effective program to deal with this critical issue. Ontario also needs to shed its ideological antagonism and engage cooperatively with the federal government on a climate change program.
