I strongly opposed the cancellation of cap and trade. The proven cost of carbon emissions is presently a socialized one that taxpayers should no longer subsidize. Cap and trade can help discourage use of carbon emitting technologies and encourage innovation so that Ontarians can be world leaders in sustainable 21st century businesses and technologies.
