We are suggesting a specific policy modification to ensure that proposed ROPA accurately reflects previous development approvals granted by the Ontario Municipal Board and specific amendments to the the Niagara Escarpment Planning Area. The refection of these long-established planning permissions and development right will ensure the delivery of expected housing supply in the City of Burlington and provide additional population support to the Aldershot MTSA.
