I have now read the notice and the PDF 3 or 4 times and I find it too confusing to lump CMV requirements with Personal/light duty requirements. As a current MVIS licensee that only does light duty/personal vehicles, and has no interest in CMV or emissions testing, how this will affect us, over the requirement to re-register. While we do not do a lot of SSC inspections, losing this capability will mean a loss of revenue in doing the repairs.
