VEHICLE SAFETY INSPECTION SHOULD BE EVERY YEAR DUE TO SOME CARS WHICH I SEE ARE NOT SPOSE TO BE ON ROAD (RUSTED BRAKE ROTORS AND PADS WHOLE IN SUBFRAME. WHOLE IN THE FLOOR ECT)
PEOPLE JUSTDONT WANT TO FIX THOSE PROBLEMS.
