Global warming due to human activities is logically undeniable. As a major source of Canada’s contribution to this world problem it is morally indefensible that Ontario is cancelling its duty to take part in the proposed Cap &Trade system which has elsewhere proved to be both effective in reducing greenhouse gasses while not being damaging to the budget of any area where it has been put into effect. The Conservative government is stalling for time hoping that it will never have to do anything for the common seal.
