It seems that the new regulations will only address reduction of SO2. Should they not also address the reduction of particulate? This is especially applicable to FCCU. The fine particles from the FCCU contain heavy metals and will need to be reduced concurrent with the SO2. Systems exist that reduce both together and without significant cost difference.
