Cancellation was NOT an election issue. It is a fatal error on the part of the Ford government to suddenly cancel this vital piece of legislation when at this very time (Sept 15, 2018) we are witnessing the effects of climate change with tropical storm Florence battering the eastern seaboard of the U.S.A. Catastrophic flooding is expected. I note the climate change in my backyard garden, in the boreal forest that surrounds me and on Lake Superior, where I have lived for over 60 years.
For the sake of the future of Ontarian children, if not all Ontarians, please reconsider this fateful cancellation of Bill 4, Cap and Trade Cancellation Act, 2018 - this is a horrid mistake!
