Bow hunting should “NOT” close during the controlled hunting (shotgun, muzzleloader) season.
I/we has bow hunter put a lot of time, effort, and money towards this hunt, and lose valuable time when deer are most active, but the season temporarily closes, during the controlled gun season.
I would like to see the bowhunting season go from October 1 to December 31 with no closure in between…bow hunters do not interfere with gun hunters.
