Please consider extending the archery only deer season in WMUs 60, 61, 62 and 63A to December 31st. The neighbouring WMUs to the west, south and east have similar habitat types and a bow season that runs until December 31st. The additional harvest of deer from the extra two weeks of archery season (December 16th - 31st) would be very minimal as archery deer hunting is not a popular as the main deer gun season in these areas, especially once the cold sets in and most hunters have quit for the year. This would streamline the archery closing dates for all the WMUs south of the southern district waterfowl boundary line. Thanks for your consideration.
