I agree wholeheartedly that emissions need to be addressed for the health of our country, our people and our land. However, it must be done in way that is feasible, financially, for these companies to carry out. "Too much, too fast" may cause these refineries to shut down, leaving many in our communities out of work. It's a tough balance to find, but a critical part of the equation.
