Yes finally we should be able to pick our bows over a shot gun or muzzle loader while a controlled hunt as long as we have the permit to do so. I am a land owner of over 50 acres and I preferer to use a bow over a gun. Also there are so many hunters trespassing this way I'll be in the woods now to stop it.
On another note anyone hunting in a controlled hunt should have to carry a land owners written permission slip to hunt, that would solve so many problems with trespassers now days that seems to be the normal occurrence while hunting.
