I think the government should reinstate the cp and trade program. they shouldn't have canceled it. theres too much at stake. we need find ways to cut our emissions. cap and trade works well for that. it won't really save the government any money with all the lawsuits. and tax what you use, thats the best way to get people to stop using so much energy.
