The proposal for simplifying and aligning the controlled hunt to allow bow hunting has the worst title. It's not simplifying. As a hunter of 5000 acres in wmu 92 I should be allowed the choice of fire arm or weapon of my choice provided I draw a tag for the designated week. I only ever bought a muzzle loader so I could catch the trespassers walking around my woods during the controlled hunt. As an avid bow hunter I would much rather use my bow. Safety is a non issue since I can drive 25mins into the next wmu and hunt as the proposed.
This time around WE hunters men and women if 91 and 92 want the info behind the exclusion of those two units and why. We don't want the Aylmer stakeholders group speaking on our behalf
