The exclusion of WMU's 91 and 92 from the option of using archery equipment in gun seasons, should change the proposals' name. I'd suggest:
"Proposal to simplify and align provincial white-tailed deer hunting seasons, Except in WMU's 91 & 92"
This is an unjustified exception that makes no sense!
