I fully support the proposal to designate Ostrander Point Crown Land Block and Point Petre Wildlife Area as a conservation reserve.
However, I think the notion that this would be a good place to encourage hunting is ridiculous. How can we enjoy the other recreational activities like hiking, birdwatching etc when there are hunters in the area firing off their guns.
STUPID!!!
This effort is to protect wildlife and habitats, not to facilitate their destruction.
