As a citizen increasingly concerned about weather events and the unpredictability of their impacts on our communities it is imperative that political leadership be exercised that at the very least allows for the careful reconsideration of the passing of Bill 4.

'Cap and trade' has been adopted to various degrees internationally and Canadians, including Ontarions, deserve similar initiatives if we're going to move in a direction towards environmental sustainability.

We don't lack the evidence in demonstrating the need to walk down this path, we lack the political will and integrity in recognizing the perils of a carbon based economy which we need to be moving away from.
