There has been much time and effort spent by many to be prepared for o Reg 406/19. The Reg has been in development for a number of years, has been delayed once already and was phased in to give individuals more time to prepare. A delay will only lead to more confusion and reward those that have not taken the time to familiarize themselves with the Reg. If they haven't done it yet do you think that a delay will improve the situation. I think not.
