This bill doesn’t address homelessness, increasing rent, sprawl and its effects on communities and the environment, increased taxes for hiring more people to deal with fee refunds. I don’t agree with fast development with no guarantee of anything. How will we diversify our communities and ensure less homelessness?
This bill uses misleading phrases and a title that makes no sense.
I am deeply disappointed and against this meagre attempt at progress.
