Question 1:
- NIMBYism - public comment is valuable and shouldn't be done away with completely HOWEVER neighbours should not have 'veto power' nor should folks in charge. places are designed to change overtime - if they don't change they die!
- especially in small places that tend to have small developers/neighbourhood developers if any, more diverse housing types are not necessarily known despite possibly working in the context (i.e. cottage court, etc)
-
Question 2:
- require municipalities to permit up to 4 units on basically any lot as of right, *no matter the population* of the municipality
-
Question 3:
- pre-approved multi-unit building plans to help smaller developers could be a beneficial tool for municipalities to reduce risk for those developers and get developments through approvals faster
- end exclusionary zoning re: single family!

Question 4:
- require municipalities to actually updated their ZBs by instituting some sort of financial penalty if they do not (it's my understanding the PA says munis have to but there's no actual accountability measure for that?)
