1. Build less new and restore and re-use more old buildings. You save money, save worthy buildings, save trees which we desperately need for carbon reduction and you follow the mantra of re-use recycle, reduce!
But get it done. No more "studies." Also bringing in more modular buildings to reduce homelessness is a good plan as well.
