As a resident of Hamilton, a taxpayer, a homeowner, a parent of 2 young children, and a forward-thinking human being - I am in full support of this plan to freeze the urban boundary, and develop new homes ONLY within the existing boundary. Over 90% of the responses received by the city from residents all over Hamilton were in favour of NO urban boundary expansion. Hamilton clearly wants this, and we know best what is right for our city and its future.
