Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments.

Niagara Region like other areas needs housing and land for current and future residents, prioritize in settlement areas.

Natural Heritage policies have gone well beyond Provincial Requirements, mapping and technical requirements should be based on Provincial Resources. Policies need to be reflective of allowing implementation of on the ground truthing at the development application process.

To see complete, sustainable communities progress, processes need to be in place to allow new housing to move through.
