The land proposal for lands south of Book Road in Ancaster are in the flight path to the Hamilton Airport and in the NEF area for the airport. Adding sensitive residential uses there could hinder the development of the planned industrial area for Hamilton that is just starting and the growth of the airport. The airport is a huge employer and moves so much cargo.
