This amounts to a Gutting of Environmental policies and Protections. the only thing worse than passing on monetary Debt, is passing on Environmental damage that will cost hundred of billions more in damages and personal hardship as Climate change makes things worse.
you talk about not wanting to pass on our problems to the next generation. this proposal is doing exactly that !!
