Although I am opposed to this, without much power I do hope that the infrastructure has been considered. Whites Road being the only exit from the 401, the traffic and congestion will be horrific. The schools are overcrowded already. Some green space is essential for survival and it appears as though the plan will abolish most of Pickering green belt. Even north of Taunton, east of Whites will be all built up. I understand the need for housing. Will this be affordable housing? I would think not!
I am sure there is a plan in place… but is it a thorough well thought out plan????
