20 years ago , we bought a nice , big , brand new ,detached in Vaughan for $230k with $15k down payment .
Nowadays if young people put down $150k where can they buy a small house? Average old house in Vaughan is over 1.6 million! Our wage did not increase 10 times since then.
If your government wants to bring in 200k new immigrants to GTA , you’d better build enough houses !
