No, Mr Ford,
We do not need quick fixes but innovative, long term solutions that do not trample on the rights of the citizens or destroy the environment.
This act does both of those things and incidentally lines the pockets of rapacious developers who are only interested in profits.
Please, rethink the provisions which gut the Conservation Authorities and limit 3rd party involvement.
