This is an incredibly short-sighted plan that threatens to compromise the integrity of our drinking water systems and stormwater management efforts. I firmly oppose this action and encourage infill development, conversion of empty office space into residential space. I support the notion that this legislation will be detrimental to the affordability of housing given inflated labour and material costs associated with building homes in the current economic climate.
