I agree with the proposed changes with but one comment- that the definition of heavy duty be amended to a higher weight class. I'm tired of my pick up trucks that are registered high enough to pull the trailers I need to pull (3-4 tonne) being put into the"heavy duty" class.
I would recommend 11 000kg instead of 4500kg as that is the limit for a G license.
