I agree with Ontario's current proposal to cancel and eliminate the environmental carbon pricing instruments in the form of the "cap-and-trade" regime and any related legislation, regulations, inter alia. Consider abolishing, or amending suitably, the Ontario Environmental Bill of Rights. By providing the means to extend an indefinite and often endless right to all for undefined, subjective and often misconstrued "consultation", Ontario potentially invites and accommodates opponents/activists to engage in material obstructive actions and not constructive process.
