This seems incredibly environmentally unfriendly for a country that already focuses far too much on car-based infrastructure. Not to mention how unfeasible it is for anyone to buy a house. We don't need more homes outside of cities, we need reduced rent, reduced mortgages, inflation assistance, smarter city building. This is another attempt by the ford government to appease stakeholders
