Why were areas in Nobelton NOT included in this proposed amendment, particularly why wasn't 13770 Hwy 27 not considered for future development?
The township of King want to expropriate a 10 foot strip of this 100 acre parcel along 15th sideroad for sewer and utility installation to accommodate neighboring new home development, but they won't recognize this parcel as worthy for development? Why, because it hasn't already been bought up by a developer for pennies on the dollar, is that what FORD is waiting for????
