The farmland, forests and watersheds in the Greenbelt are essential to our health. The Greenbelt provides clean water, food and natural spaces so our urban spaces can survive in a heathier environment. In a time of climate crisis you have a responsibility to your constituents to increase green spaces. There are options for affordable housing that don't require land from the Greenbelt.
