Cowardly. Shameful. Pathetic.
We need to densify existing neighbourhoods, not sprawl out into environmentally-critical protected lands. This plan shows a distinct lack of leadership. The solution to the housing crisis is more homes through densification, not pretending everyone can have a suburban detached home if we just keep expanding the suburbs.
