Developing the green belt is a terrible idea that will undoubtedly have huge negative impacts for Ontario’s natural environment, which we should be doing all we can to protect. There are so many viable alternatives, cutting into the green belt should not even be considered. This would be a huge step backwards for Ontario and Canada.
