With the green belt and Oak Ridges Moraine being an ecologically sensitive area with thousands of flora and fauna species, housing will destroy this land that these species call home. It is with great importance that the province should reconsider this ill-advised idea to add housing along the green belt. Focus your efforts in preserving these lands and providing more funding towards conservation authorities who are experts in this field.
