Do not proceed with this proposal. It will simply create more urban sprawl and communities that will require cars to commute vs public transit.
Instead, ambitious planning needs to be done in our existing cities and towns to allow for densification, especially areas near the bloor subway. Single family zoning needs to be changed to allow for mid rise housing.
The green belt must be provided and or expanded at all costs.
