I do believe there are so many ways to address housing without going back on campaign promises made - I understand that while it may be a evaluated as an option for this government that once we start building into that area it will be challenging to draw the line and I think we should try alternatives like higher density housing projects, as well as tax changes on properties owned beyond a primary and secondary residence (third and fourth properties etc) before we tear into an iconic portion of Ontario.

I do not want to see the green belt built into, especially in my lifetime. We need to appreciate the green space that gives us so much.
